Known for her contagious uplifting energy, Corinne Coppola (M.A., CTSY) creates a healing space to empower adults and children of all ages with the tools they need to transform from the inside out. By helping families slow down and learn new ways of relating to themselves and each other, Corinne helps her clients build greater resilience and wholeness to live their best life.
With over 25 years in business and leadership roles in the public and private sector, coupled with her masters in Organization Development, Corinne understands what is needed to help people reprogram their emotional and behavioral patterns to make positive changes using a holistic perspective. Corinne assists clients in recognizing and bringing awareness to beliefs and patterns that keep them stuck. Corinne helps clients shift to an empowerment and resilience mindset by integrating her unique combination of knowledge and experience in mindfulness, conflict resolution, movement and body-centered modalities, energy work and positive psychology. Corinne specializes in working with those affected by anxiety, depression, substance use and PTSD.
In addition to seeing teens and families, she currently works with non-profits focused on bringing mindfulness practices to young adults and teens in school and retreat settings. Corinne regularly designs and delivers trainings and presentations on mindfulness, compassion and resilience for national and regional conferences. In addition, Corinne offers semi-private and private sessions teaching Reiki I &II.
